Each steamy novel tells a tale of love between a Barcelona MMC and another from abroad, set in the sultry climes in and around Barcelona. The series explores the attraction of opposites, whether of types, personalities, cultural, professional, or ethical.
Think Catalan cava being sipped on Modernista terraces, a first glorious kiss as you watch the sun set, fireside romance ensconced in a farmhouse in the Pyrenees, or horseback riding down at the Delta de l’Ebre. The spice level is 4/5 and the series explores different spheres of Catalan culture such as the theater, Barcelona’s mounted police, or beach and sailing sports native to this coastline.
